About Naho

I am a Metalsmith as well as a Ceramicist. I am also an educator teaching metalsmith and ceramic at The Art School at Old Church in Demarest, NJ.

I make metal jewelry (sterling silver, gold, copper, brass and mild steel), porcelain jewelry and some porcelain wares. I design and do every step to make all of my jewelry and porcelain wares in my home studio in Park Ridge, New Jersey.

My work is inspired by nature, my garden, my Japanese background and anything beautiful. Most are one of a kind because each one is handcrafted and not out of a mold. I try to make pieces that are unique, beautiful, comfortable and fun to wear. I enjoy making jewelry that make people happy and special!
